As a Proton partner, you can advertise Proton through PPC, but:

• You are not permitted to bid on brand keywords that include any variations or misspellings of Proton (brand terms).
• You are not permitted to include Proton in any text ad promoting your website through paid search programs.
• You are not permitted to link directly from your Google Ads to Proton, and we do not allow domain masking.

It's strictly prohibited to promote us using the following content types:

• Explicit or adult content.
• Illegal or unlawful content.
• Content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, abusive, vulgar, invasive of privacy, or offensive based on race, ethnicity, or other factors.
• Content intended to harm or tarnish someone's reputation.
• Content involving other sensitive or controversial subjects.

We don’t do link exchanges with affiliate partners.

When users arrive on our landing pages, we automatically identify their browser settings to adjust the language displayed. The currency is determined according to their IP address.

Our partner program is revenue-shared, which means we pay commissions only on paid subscriptions.

You won't receive any commissions if you refer a user who subscribes to one of our free products. However, if that user upgrades later on to a paid plan, you will receive commissions on that upgrade.
