Raffle Terms & Conditions – InCyber Event Lille (March 31 – April 2)

1. Organizer

This promotional raffle (the “Raffle”) is organized by Proton AG (“Organizer”).

2. Eligibility

The Raffle is open to individuals attending the InCyber event in Lille, France, from March 31 to April 2.

Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Raffle, participants must:

1. Complete the questionnaire provided at the Organizer’s booth during the event; and

2. Engage with the Organizer’s team.

Upon completion, participants will:

1. Receive a free tote bag; and

2. Be automatically entered into the Raffle.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a free one -year personal subscription (non -business) to one of the following services,

at the winner’s choice:

1. Proton VPN

2. Proton Pass

3. Proton Unlimited

The prize:

1. Is non -transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.

2. Applies only to personal (individual) plans, not business subscriptions.

5. Winner Selection

A single winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries collected during the event.

The draw will take place after the event has concluded.

Entry into the Raffle does not guarantee winning.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided in the questionnaire.

Notification will occur within approximately 14 days after the end of the event.

If the winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 7 days), the Organizer reserves the right to

select an alternative winner.

7. Data Protection

Personal data collected through the questionnaire will be used solely for:

1. Administering the Raffle; and

2. Contacting the winner.

The data will be collected and processed only during the duration of the event.

Following the conclusion of the event (once a winner has been randomly selected and notified) , all

questionnaires and related personal data will be permanently deleted or destroyed, except for the minimal data

required to contact and deliver the prize to the winner.

Data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for:

1. Incomplete or inaccurate entries;

2. Technical issues affecting participation; or

3. Any loss or damage arising from participation in the Raffle or use of the prize, except where required

by law.

9. Modification and Cancellation

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Raffle if necessary due to circumstances

beyond its control.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.

11. Acceptance

By participating in the Raffle, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
