With the introduction of Shared with me, you can view, edit, and access files and folders that have been shared with you from your desktop while maintaining the privacy and security provided by Proton Drive’s end-to-end encryption(nuova finestra).
This new space helps simplify collaboration so you can stay on top of group projects. Now, you can easily work on shared documents, such as Excel spreadsheets or Photoshop files, directly from your desktop. Any changes you make are synced automatically, ensuring your colleagues always have the latest version. You can also monitor the sync status of shared files, see real-time updates or pending changes, and quickly identify who shared a file and what permissions you’ve been granted.
And, just like with the files you own, Proton Drive for Windows now lets you access files that have been shared with you, even without an internet connection — simply select the files you want to make available offline, and your collaborators will be able to see your updates once you reconnect.
