Proton Workspace combines the secure productivity tools you need to run your organization under one subscription. It includes email, calendar, cloud storage, password manager, VPN, video conferencing, and our private AI chat assistant: Lumo. It is available in two plans, Workspace Standard and Workspace Premium.

Workspace Standard and Workspace Premium both give you Proton’s core suite: Proton Mail, Calendar, Drive, Docs and Sheets, Meet, VPN, and Pass. The Standard tier provides each user with 1 TB of encrypted storage, supports up to 15 custom email domains, and allows video meetings for up to 100 participants at once. The Premium tier expands those limits: each user receives 3 TB of storage, you can configure up to 20 custom email domains, and video meetings can accommodate up to 250 participants simultaneously. In addition, Premium subscribers gain access to Lumo, Proton’s privacy‑first chat assistant.
