Does Proton Drive offer free cloud storage plans?: Proton Drive will always offer a free cloud storage plan that provides basic features and the same level of encryption as any of our paid plans. If you sign up today, you’ll receive 5 GB of free end-to-end encrypted cloud storage.
If you upgrade to a paid Proton Drive plan, you will be able to take advantage of additional storage, increasing your drive capacity up to 3TB. With Proton for Business, you can customize your storage capacity to any size you wish. You will also be supporting our mission to build a better internet where privacy is the default.
How can I upgrade my Proton Drive cloud storage plan?: You can upgrade your Proton Drive(nové okno) plan at any time by logging into your account at drive.proton.me and clicking Upgrade in the top right corner of your screen. From there, you can select the cloud storage pricing and plan that’s right for you, depending on how much storage you need.
Can I refund my subscription?: We provide a money back guarantee for all our subscriptions. If you cancel your subscription within the first 30 days of the initial purchase, you will receive a refund of the unused portion of the service. This refund is calculated on a prorated basis. Beyond the first 30 days of purchase, refund requests will only be processed at the company’s discretion.
