If you upgrade to a paid Proton Drive plan, you will be able to take advantage of additional storage, increasing your drive capacity up to 3TB. How can I upgrade my Proton Drive cloud storage plan?: You can upgrade your Proton Drive(新視窗) plan at any time by logging into your account at drive.proton.me and clicking Upgrade in the top right corner of your screen. From there, you can select the cloud storage pricing and plan that’s right for you, depending on how much storage you need.
Can I refund my subscription?: We provide a money back guarantee for all our subscriptions. If you cancel your subscription within the first 30 days of the initial purchase, you will receive a refund of the unused portion of the service. This refund is calculated on a prorated basis. Beyond the first 30 days of purchase, refund requests will only be processed at the company’s discretion.
