How to remove photos from an album in Proton Drive
Proton Drive lets you remove photos from albums without deleting them. They’ll stay safely stored in your timeline and cloud storage. Here’s how you can do this using the web, Android, and iOS app:
Web app
- Using the Drive web app(nowe okno), go to Photos → Albums.
- Open an album.
- Select one or more photos, then click Remove from album on the top right.
If you try to remove photos from a shared album that aren’t saved to your Photos library, Proton Drive will prompt you to save them first. Otherwise, you’ll lose access to the pictures unless the album’s owner shares them with you again.
Android and iOS
- Go to Photos → Albums.
- Open an album.
- Select one or more photos, then tap ⋮ or ….
- Select Remove from album (Android) or Remove (iOS).
On iOS, if you long-press to select multiple photos, a trash icon will appear at the bottom.
Tap it, then choose Remove from album to confirm.
