How to claim student discount on Proton services
Students from the US, UK, France, and Germany can apply for exclusive discounts on Proton Mail Plus, Proton VPN Plus, or Proton Unlimited.
These discounts are offered through our partner, Student Beans(uusi ikkuna).
Who is eligible?
To claim an offer, you must be:
- A high school, college, or university student
- Studying in the US, UK, France, or Germany
- Able to register with Student Beans and prove your student status
How to apply
- Go to the Student Beans portal(uusi ikkuna) and select from the available Proton plans.
- Sign in or create an account. You may be asked to verify your student status.
- You’ll then be redirected to our checkout page to complete your purchase. Your student discount will be automatically applied.
How to verify your student status with Student Beans
When you join Student Beans, you’ll be asked to prove that you’re studying. There are 3 ways to do this:
- Sign in to your school or university’s learning portal
- Receive a verification email to your school or university email address
- Upload your student ID to the Student Beans website
