System requirements for Proton Mail Bridge

Proton Mail Bridge is supported on Windows 10 and above (64-bit versions) and macOS 11 (Big Sur) and above (with native support on Apple silicon devices).

On Linux, Bridge is available as 64-bit DEB, RPM, and PKGBUILD packages. However, it currently requires Qt 6 as a dependency.

Proton Mail Bridge is currently officially supported on the latest non-LTS versions of Ubuntu and Fedora.

When it comes to hardware, Bridge supports only 64-bit systems and doesn’t support ARM devices other than those running on Apple silicon (M-series Macs). The disk space required will depend on your mailbox size. For memory, Bridge shouldn’t use more than 2 GB of RAM at any time.
