Proton Mail 可從 CSV 和 VCARD (.vcf) 檔案將聯絡人匯入您的 Proton Mail 帳號，並將其匯出為 VCARD 檔案。
Microsoft Excel、Google Sheets、LibreOffice Calc 及 macOS 版的 Numbers 等試算表軟體，能讓您輕鬆建立和編輯 CSV 檔案，以便匯入 Proton Mail。
您的 CSV 檔案應格式化為表格，且必須包含用於定義表格中欄位的標頭（即第一行）。Proton Mail 接受許多常見的標頭欄位（例如姓名、電子郵件地址等）。
如果您正在更新現有的檔案，可能不需要變更標頭欄位名稱。或者，您也可以在任何試算表軟體（例如 Microsoft Excel、LibreOffice Calc、Google Sheets 或 Apple Numbers）中建立新的 CSV 檔案。
輸入標頭欄位名稱和聯絡詳細資訊後，只需將文件儲存為 CSV (逗號分隔) (*.csv) 檔案類型即可。
