CSVファイルの作成または編集方法

Proton Mailでは、CSVおよびVCARD（.vcf）ファイルからお客様のProton Mailアカウントに連絡先をインポートしたり、連絡先をVCARDファイルとしてエクスポートしたりすることができます。

Microsoft Excel、Google スプレッドシート、LibreOffice Calc、macOS用のNumbersなどのスプレッドシートプログラムを使用すると、Proton MailにインポートするためのCSVファイルを簡単に作成および編集できます。

お客様のCSVファイルはテーブル形式でフォーマットされている必要があり、テーブル内のフィールドを定義するヘッダー（または最初の行）を含める必要があります。Proton Mailは、多くの一般的なヘッダーフィールド（名前、メールアドレスなど）に対応しています。

既存のファイルを更新する場合、通常はヘッダーのフィールド名を変更する必要はありません。または、任意のスプレッドシートプログラム（Microsoft Excel、LibreOffice Calc、Google スプレッドシート、Apple Numbersなど）で新規CSVファイルを作成することもできます。

ヘッダーのフィールド名と連絡先の詳細を入力したら、ドキュメントをCSV（カンマ区切り）（*.csv）ファイル形式として保存するだけです。
