Five steps to migrate your business to Proton
Step 1. Sign up
Choose your plan, select the number of users you need, and check out with a payment card or PayPal. You’ll need to create a username and password for your administrator (admin) account.
If you run a large business and would like to explore our Enterprise plan, contact our contact our sales team.
Step 2. Set up your domain
Connect your custom domain (or domains) so you can receive email@yourcompany with Proton Mail. You’ll need to have access to your DNS records to set up your custom domain.
Step 3. Create your organization
Create an organization to enable multiple users to have email addresses using your custom domain (@yourcompanyname). You’ll need to set an organization password, which ensures that only you (and other admins) have access to your data.
Step 4. Set up users
Set up users with Proton Accounts and email addresses. Assign users’ admin rights, allocate storage, set privacy levels, and create a catch-all address for your domain.
Step 5. Migrate your data to Proton
Use our Easy Switch app to migrate your existing emails, contacts, and calendar from Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, or any other email provider that uses IMAP. Easy Switch works in the background so you can use your computer as normal while your emails and data are encrypted and imported into your Proton Account.
Once your migration is complete, you can learn more about how to make the most of your new Proton plan at our Proton for Business FAQs(nowe okno) or Support(nowe okno) page.
If you can’t find what you’re looking for above, please contact our Support team(nowe okno). We’ll be happy to help.
