You can reset your Proton Account password while you’re still signed into Proton Drive on your Android or iOS device.
You can also request a signed-in reset using your desktop or browser app.
Request a signed-in reset on Android
- Open your Proton Drive app.
- Select the menu icon ☰.
3. Select Settings ⚙.
4. Under Account settings, select your email address.
5. Select Change password.
6. Select Don’t know your current password?
Choose your recovery method or, if you haven’t set one up, select Request password reset.
Request a signed-in reset on iOS
You can’t currently make a signed-in reset request directly from an iPhone, so you’ll need to use a QR code sign-in to access another device.
