You can reset your Proton Account password while you’re still signed into Proton Pass on your Android or iOS device.
You can also request a signed-in reset using your desktop or browser app.
Request a signed-in reset on Android
- Open your Proton Pass app.
- Select the profile icon in the bottom right of your home screen.
2. Select your email address and then the three dot icon ⋮.
3. Select ⚙ Manage account.
4. Select Change password.
- Select Don’t know your current password?
- Choose your recovery method or, if you haven’t set one up, select Request password reset.
Request a signed-in reset on iOS
You can’t currently make a signed-in reset request directly from an iPhone, so you’ll need to use a QR code sign-in to access another device.
