Proton Mail Bridge

Proton Mail Bridge lets you add your Proton Mail account to your favorite email client via IMAP/SMTP and seamlessly encrypts your emails. If you ever have a problem with Bridge or you have a suggestion to improve the app, you can send us feedback in a report.

To report a problem in the Proton Mail Bridge application: 

  1. Click the Help icon, which looks like a question mark (?).
  2. Click Report problem.

The Proton Mail Bridge application includes a guided reporting flow, which will help you provide us with better feedback so we can quickly and effectively assist you. 

You can also choose whether to include logs, which are a record of the app’s processes stored locally on your device. Logs can include information about your computer or your account. Due to end-to-end data encryption (Proton does not have access to your data), checking the box to include recent logs in the report is often the only way to enable us to diagnose the issue or to provide support fast.
