If you are experiencing any issues trying to download the iOS application(cửa sổ mới) and your device is running on iOS 8 and up, please follow the steps below:
1) Turn off Private mode on Safari (Learn how to perform that here(cửa sổ mới)).
2) Make sure that you have cookies(cửa sổ mới) and JavaScript(cửa sổ mới) enabled.
3) Turn off your pop-up blocker (Learn how to perform that here(cửa sổ mới)).
4) Disable the On demand feature/VPN ( Go to Settings — > General –> VPN ).
5) Clear history on Safari ( Learn how to perform that here(cửa sổ mới)).
Note: If you used to use the previous application from Testflight, please delete it before you download the new application.
