Proton Workspace combines all your essential productivity and privacy tools in one convenient bundle. With Workspace, you can encrypt your team’s communications, online activity, password management, video calls, and AI-assisted work, and manage everything through a centralized dashboard.

What’s included in Proton Workspace

Proton Workspace is available in two business plans: Workspace Standard and Workspace Premium.

Workspace Standard

Workspace Standard includes:

  • Proton Mail
  • Proton Calendar
  • Proton Pass
  • Proton VPN
  • Proton Meet
  • Proton Drive

It also includes:

  • 1 TB of storage per user
  • Support for 15 custom email domains (with the option to add more)
  • Video meetings with up to 100 participants

Workspace Premium

Workspace Premium includes everything in Workspace Standard, plus:

  • Lumo AI assistant

It also includes:

  • 3 TB of storage per user
  • Support for 20 custom email domains (with the option to add more)
  • Video meetings with up to 250 participants
  • Data retention policies

Set up your Proton Workspace apps

Proton Mail

Proton Mail helps your business set up secure email with your own custom domains, create and manage users and addresses, and control access with admin tools and organization-wide security settings like two-factor authentication. You can migrate emails, calendars, and contacts from other providers, send password-protected or expiring emails, and use built-in tools like folders, labels, filters, automatic replies, and SMTP to manage day-to-day communication.

Proton Calendar

With Proton Calendar, your team can manage schedules securely, share calendars, and coordinate meetings more easily across the organization. You can create recurring events, send invitations, add reminders and notifications, and integrate meeting links via Proton Meet or Zoom for video calls. All event details, including participants, locations, and contact information, are protected with encryption.

Proton Meet

Proton Meet helps your team host secure video meetings with end-to-end encryption, built-in meeting controls, and support for external guests. You can schedule meetings with Proton Calendar, create and share meeting rooms, and collaborate with features like screen sharing, chat, noise filtering, background blur, recording, and host controls such as muting participants, removing attendees, and locking the meeting.

Proton Drive

Proton Drive gives your business end-to-end encrypted cloud storage for secure file sharing and collaboration. You can store files, send them by link or email, set permissions, and control access with passwords and expiration dates. It also includes Proton Docs for real-time document collaboration and Proton Sheets for private spreadsheets.

Proton Pass

With Proton Pass, your team can securely store, share, and manage passwords, vaults, passkeys, bank cards, and notes in one encrypted password manager. You can onboard new team members, revoke access for departing employees, share logins safely with colleagues or external partners, and enforce security policies like two-factor authentication and password sharing rules from a central dashboard. It also includes features like autofill, dark web monitoring, activity logs, and password health tools to help protect your accounts.

Proton VPN

Proton VPN helps your business protect network traffic, secure remote work, and control access to company resources. Your team can use dedicated servers and static IPs for more controlled access, and strengthen security with features like SSO, SCIM provisioning, enforced two-factor authentication, ad and malware blocking, and protection against man-in-the-middle attacks.

Lumo

Lumo gives your business a private AI assistant for everyday work, without using your chats or files to train AI models. You can upload documents, search the web, connect Proton Drive files for more relevant responses, and use features like Projects, saved chats, and Ghost mode across web and mobile apps.
