How to submit bug reports

At Proton, we rely on your support and feedback to help us make the apps you want. 

To make it as easy as possible for you to give feedback, we added a Report a bug button inside the Windows app.

When you click the button, a form with your Proton Mail email address pre-filled will appear. 

You can help us by providing additional context about the problem you encountered with your title and description.

You can also share your app logs to make it as easy as possible for our engineers to get to the root of the problem. This includes a report that includes the last three log files generated by the app. 

This is completely optional. Click on Show logs to see what data you’re sharing with us.
