How to play Doom online in Proton Drive
You can now play Doom online right in your browser — no downloads or logins required. This functionality is made possible by Proton Drive’s built-in preview for .wad files and the integration of Dwasm(new window), an open-source library of the Doom engine. It’s part of our ongoing work to improve previews by supporting more file types, even the unexpected ones.

Here are two easy ways to start circle-strafing demons on your lunch break:
1. Play instantly using our Doom link
Click the link below to play Doom in the Proton Drive web app. You don’t need a Proton Account, so bookmark it and share it with your friends.
This version contains a hidden coupon for our Proton Drive Plus plan as an Easter egg — check every corner, find the discount code, and get Proton Drive for 12 months.

This was a fun experiment, but it also shows what Proton Drive is capable of. Our goal is to make encrypted cloud storage not just secure, but genuinely useful and occasionally entertaining.
