Adding comments and feedback in Docs
Docs in Proton Drive lets you work on documents with others in real time, and comments are a way to improve collaboration. Here’s how to use comments in Docs.
Add comments
Highlight text: Select the text you want to comment on.

Click the comment icon: Click the comment icon (speech bubble) in the toolbar, or right-click and select Add comment.
Write your comment: Enter your remarks in the comment box and click on ⬆ to share it.

Reply to comments
Engage in threaded discussions by replying to existing comments. This keeps the conversation organized and context-specific.

Once you’ve added a comment, you can edit or delete it.

Resolve comments
Once a comment has been addressed, mark it as resolved to keep the document tidy.
