If you are an organization member and Two-factor authentication enforcement is enabled for you, by an administrator, there are two possibilities:

  1. You’ve already enabled 2FA on your organization’s Proton for Businesses account. In this case, no further action is needed.
  2. You haven’t enabled 2FA yet. In this case, you’ll need to enable it before you can sign in.

To do this:

1. Go to pass.proton.me(new window) and sign in using your Proton account username and password.

Sin in as usual

2. Re-enter your password and click Sign in.

Re-enter your password

3. A pop-up warning notice will alert you to the new 2FA enforcement policy placed on your account. To proceed, click Setup 2FA in the notice.

Click Setup 2FA in the notice

4. You can now enable 2FA.
