What is Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime?

Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime is an exclusive offer that gives you access to Pass Plus and SimpleLogin premium features forever, for a one-time payment of $199. (SimpleLogin is an email alias service owned by Proton and provides the email aliases in Pass.)

The plan gives you all current and future Pass Plus and SimpleLogin features, including unlimited logins and notes, unlimited devices, unlimited hide-my-email aliases,custom alias domains, the ability to route aliases to multiple mailboxes, secure link and vault sharing, Dark Web Monitoring, password health alerts, Proton Sentinel advanced account protection, integrated 2FA, and Identities.

We’re continually improving Proton Pass with new features, and with a Lifetime plan, you’ll automatically receive all new premium features for free. 

Who is eligible for Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime?

If you’re new to Proton or have a free or paid subscription to a single Proton product (Pass, Mail, VPN, or Drive Plus), you’re eligible to purchase Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime. If you have a paid subscription to Pass Family, Proton Unlimited, Proton Duo, Proton Family, and Proton Visionary, you’re also eligible.

If you currently have a business plan (Essentials, Professional, and Proton Business Suite), you are unfortunately unable to take advantage of this offer.

Is there a renewal price for Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime?

Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime does not renew. After paying the one-time fee, you get access forever.

Can I cancel Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime?

As the plan doesn’t renew, there’s no way to change or cancel Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime. But you can cancel and request a refund within 30 days of purchase as part of our normal 30-day money-back guarantee (see below).

Can I ask for a refund on Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime?

Yes. You can contact our Support team to request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

What will happen to my existing subscription when I get Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime?

If you have Pass Plus and you switch to Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime, your Plus subscription will be replaced with Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime, and you won’t be billed again for the service. Nothing will change about your access to features or to the data you already have stored in Pass.

If you have time remaining on your plan, you’ll receive prorated credit to your account, which can then be used for any other Proton purchase (e.g., for Mail Plus, VPN Plus, etc.). Any credit you receive cannot be applied to your Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime purchase.

If you currently have a paid Proton plan (e.g. Mail Plus, Drive Plus, VPN Plus, Proton Unlimited, Proton Duo, Pass Family, Proton Family, Visionary) and you get Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime, nothing will change about your existing plan. It will renew at the normal price on your renewal date.

How long does the promotion last?

Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime is available for purchase until December 3, 2024.

Can I combine Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime with other plans, such as Mail Plus, VPN Plus, Drive Plus, etc.?

Yes. Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime is available to everyone who is eligible to purchase it (see eligibility restrictions above). To upgrade if you already have a paid Proton + SimpleLogin Plan, go to proton.me/pass/black-friday and select Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime.

Are there any discounts on the Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime offer?

Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime is already a great value deal. By paying once, you’ll have a premium password manager for life. This offer can’t be combined with any other coupon or discount.

Can I add users while on Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime so they can take advantage of the features as well?

Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime is for a single user. We offer Pass Family for those who’d like to protect multiple users.

What happens if I downgrade to a Free plan by mistake? Can I take advantage of the offer again?

There’s no way to downgrade from Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime. But if you think there’s a problem with your account, please contact us anytime.
