Abuse appeals form
An account on our service can be disabled if our automated systems detect a potential violation of our terms and conditions(new window). This includes:
- Bulk and scripted signups
- Bulk messaging
- Sending unsolicited or spam messages
- Impersonating other services
- Criminal activity
If you think your account was disabled by accident, please fill out this form to contact our Anti-abuse team to get your account enabled again. Please explain why you believe your account was mistakenly disabled.
We handle these requests with Zendesk. If you would like to communicate privately with Proton Mail, please send an email that contains your username, the disabled email address, and an explanation of what happened to email@example.com.
